Our cheeses, handcrafted in our creamery by cheesemaker/owner, Jeff Green, contain no preservatives, antibiotics, artificial ingredients or colors. We transport 100% fresh, raw, milk from the Berry College Dairy in Rome Georgia and pasteurize using the low-temp vat pasteurization method.
It has been about 8 years since we were blessed to build our creamery and begin making cheese here in the rolling hills of Roopville, Georgia. We're a true "Mom and Pop" operation, and appreciate the opportunity to serve you, whether you're a restaurant owner or chef, major wholesale distributor, food shop, winery, or just simply want some deliciously simple cheese from a local creamery you trust.
